The backup date for inclement weather is on November 11th.
-10 minute long session for children, teens & families (children should be at least 3 years old as temperatures can be chilly)
-Candid, posed, or both: the choice is yours!
-Your session fee includes 3 edited, retouched & artistically enhanced digital images of your choice in colour and 2 complimentary gift prints of your choice.

Sessions take place outdoors in November and the weather is often unpredictable. These sessions are best suited to children and families who love being outside no matter what the temperature. If it’s important to you to have a particular hairstyle or holiday outfit for your photos, please book an indoor studio session. It’s often windy and cold for these sessions, necessitating coats, boots, and hats for photos.
1. Sessions will take place at an outdoor East end location. Your session location will be emailed to you the day before your session.
2. If there is no snow at the time of your session it will go ahead as planned. The photos can be winterized through editing, which whitens the surrounding trees and ground (it does not add snow).
2. Please book your session carefully as sessions cannot be rescheduled or switched for other dates and times. If you need to switch your session date and time your session will be re-released and you will be placed on a waiting list for last minute cancellations.
3. Sessions postponed due to illness cannot be guaranteed to be rescheduled with the same set / backdrop. Themed sessions that are rescheduled will be offered an alternate themed session at a later date.
4. The following inclement weather policy will apply to Winter Wonderland Sessions. Sessions rescheduled due to inclement weather will be held at the same time as originally scheduled but at the listed back up date . Please be sure to be able to attend at the time of the back up date as no exceptions to the policy will be made. If you cannot make the back up date your session fee will not be refunded. |
